Wycliffe caravan park is somewhere between Alice and Tennent Creek and the perfect stop. It has mega shady bays and the greenest of grass areas. There is a freezing cold pool undercover as well as a huge animal and bird enclosure section. All surrounded by the greenest grassy areas.
It is famous for the alien space ship sightings that have been reported over the years and evidence of extra terrestrial visits are everywhere. From the many photos and frozen beings that have been captured to the ET spaceship and its lone occupant. It's a spooky kind of place at night and I know I saw a bright light lurch through the sky when sitting out that night. John didn't see it but I certainly did. You may also notice the very weird ET with a smile on his face. There was a huge man made lake which had been depleted of the water during recent bush fires. It's an incredible park with restaurants that open in the busy season and of course when there are late night visitors of the ET kind. Well that's it from Wycliffe. Hope you enjoyed the pics.
